New scenes every week. Real technique. Real feedback. Professional-grade footage.
This is where craft meets camera. In Technique to Tape, actors dive deep into scene work while developing the kind of technical precision and emotional truth that books the job.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll work on a new scene each week, guided by acting coaches Nick Launchbury and Brett Archer, both bringing years of experience on stage, on set, and in the room. You’ll train in the practical, performance-driven methods of Howard Fine and Uta Hagen, focusing on grounded, real-world technique that actually translates on screen.
Every scene is filmed in 4K, giving you crisp, high-quality footage of your work, perfect for reviewing your growth, refining your process, or building your reel.
What you'll leave with:
-
A solid technical foundation in screen acting & audition technique
-
A deeper understanding of how to bring your authentic self to foreign circumstances
-
Insight into creating compelling, cinematic self-tapes
-
Professionally shot footage of your best takes
Whether you’re prepping for your next role, levelling up your self-tapes, or just getting sharper in front of the lens, Technique & Tapes is where you get to work.
